As our Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.

What sets the Matt Arce Agency apart is our team's wealth of experience, totaling over 42 years in customer service. Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. I opened my State Farm agency in January of 2023 after spending over 6 years assisting State Farm customers at my father's agency. We are a growing full-service insurance agency.


Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
