Account Sales Representative

The Whitaker Agencies is seeking a motivated and people-focused Account Sales Representative to join our growing team. We partner with local businesses throughout Georgia to help employees understand and enroll in benefit programs that protect them and their families.

No previous experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development to help you build a successful career.

Responsibilities

• Meet with employees and families to review their available benefits.
• Educate clients on coverage options and help them select plans that fit their individual needs.
• Conduct benefit enrollment appointments with professionalism and accuracy.
• Build long-term relationships by providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after enrollment.
• Follow up with existing clients to ensure their coverage continues to meet their needs.
• Collaborate with local businesses to provide a smooth and positive enrollment experience for employees.
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional development.
• Meet individual performance goals while maintaining the highest level of integrity and client satisfaction.
