Job Summary
- The Account Support Analyst operates as an active strategic partner to support the renewal of client accounts. The Analyst plays a pivotal role in coordinating administrative functions across our regional branches. This role is the heart of the account management administration process, ensuring a seamless journey from initiation to completion. This role reports to the Director of Account Support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze data of upcoming renewals and proactively contact branch teams to support the process
- Partner with branch teams to shepherd new renewal & amendment opportunities through their lifecycle utilizing BV CRM platform, Salesforce
- Analyze data and deliver reports as well as other requested information to stakeholders
- Review book of business and current client contracts in assigned areas
- Support price increases as it relates to annual branch job reviews
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners throughout the business
- Keep up to date and help to refine key team processes
- On an ongoing basis, assess the CRM system and process for improvements and efficiencies. Partner with IT on any improvements that require coding changes and assist with script testing and rollout as appropriate
- Manage rejections by both legal and centralized billing; escalate issues when appropriate
- Ensure awareness of and compliance with master data governance guidelines
- Duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary
Key Performance Metrics:
- Number of renewals completed per month
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in roles such as: account management, sales support, CRM Administrator, or related fields (preferred)
- Ability to read and understand language in contracts
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho Desk) and MS Office applications
- Hands-on experience in Excel
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting
- Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical teams
- A self-starter with an ability to anticipate, multitask, and prioritize workload with minimal supervision in a fast-paced and quickly evolving environment
- Have natural curiosity and thrive in answering business questions with data and metrics
- Passionate about scalable and future-proof processes, systems, and analytics
Physical Demands/Requirements:
- Constant operation of a computer and other office equipment, such as a laptop, a cell phone, and printers/copiers
- Position is sedentary; must be able to remain in a stationary position for a majority of the time
- Operates in an office environment and requires in-person presence
- Position travels an estimated 10% of the time in and out of state
- Ability to maintain, in your possession at all times, required medications to address any known allergic reactions should they occur

- Work is conducted in a professional office environment, with a collaborative and dynamic team setting, and requires in-person presence
