Job Description

Creative Composites Group (CCG) is seeking a motivated and technically minded Account Support Representative to support the growth of its Cable Management business across Enduro Composites and United Fiberglass. This role provides sales, quotation, project support, and customer service for fiberglass cable tray, conduit, strut, fittings, and related cable management systems serving industrial, utility, infrastructure, transit, mining, petrochemical, water/wastewater, and commercial construction markets.

The Account Support Representative will work closely with Regional Sales Managers, manufacturer representatives, distributors, contractors, engineers, and end users to develop quotations, manage project opportunities, support customer accounts, and coordinate order execution. This position is designed as a developmental role for individuals interested in building a career in technical sales, account management, and business development within the electrical and industrial construction markets.

The successful candidate will receive extensive product, industry, and sales training while gaining exposure to both Enduro Composites'' cable tray and cable management systems and United Fiberglass'' conduit product lines. As experience and performance develop, opportunities exist to advance into Account Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and broader commercial leadership positions within Creative Composites Group.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in business, Industrial Distribution, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn technical product specifications and engineered solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer-service skills.

Preferred

• One-five years of sales, customer service, account management, estimating, project coordination, or technical support experience.
• Experience within the electrical, construction, industrial, manufacturing, utility, or infrastructure markets.
• Exposure to conduit, cable tray, electrical distribution, engineered materials, composites, corrosion-resistant products, or industrial construction.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM, ERP systems, or estimating software.
• Experience working with distributors, manufacturer representatives, contractors, engineers, or industrial end users.

Travel Requirements:

• Approximately 10% travel for training, customer visits, trade shows, industry events, and joint sales calls.
