As an Accountant, you'll support daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and ensure accurate records. You'll work closely with management, sales, and operations teams to uphold compliance with US GAAP and drive process improvements.
What You'll Do
As an Accountant, you will be responsible for
Applying and posting customer payments to Accounts Receivable and processing credit card payments
Preparing journal entries and performing general ledger reconciliations and month/quarter-end procedures
Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial records and reports for accuracy and completeness
Supporting expense reporting for sales and operations teams
Assisting with item maintenance, financial documentation, and process enhancements
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
12 years of related accounting experience
Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
Intermediate Excel skills- basic formulas
Knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and prioritize multiple tasks
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
ERP system experience is a plus
