Self-motivated, results oriented accounting professional with emphasis in a computerized manufacturing environment.
Experience (at least 5 years) in monthly closing processes, reconciliations and analyses; preparation of monthly financial statements and financial reporting.
Knowledge of and compliance to General Accepted Accounting Principles.
Maintain a documented system of accounting policies, procedures and transaction controls.
Monitor debt levels and ensure compliance with debt covenants.
Perform local, state and federal government reporting, tax filings and tax payments
Specifically: Sales Taxes, Property Taxes and Business Licenses
Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors and Corporate Accounting firm.
Oversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Inventory processes.
Basic working knowledge of Inventory maintenance, costing, reconciliation and controls.
