Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Operations Lead:

• 
  
• Manage the full Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable cycles.
• 
  
• Process vendor invoices, customer invoicing, collections, and payment activities.
• 
  
• Reconcile vendor statements, customer accounts, and related general ledger accounts.
• 
  
• Prepare month-end accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• 
  
• Support audits and provide detailed financial documentation and analysis.
• 
  
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve billing, pricing, receiving, and payment discrepancies.

Qualifications for the Accounting Operations Lead:

• 
  
• 3+ years of accounting experience with AP, AR, or general accounting responsibilities.
• 
  
• Experience managing both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions preferred.
• 
  
• Knowledge of GAAP and internal control practices.
• 
  
• Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
