About the Company:
Our client is a thriving organization experiencing significant growth and innovation. They are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join their team and play a key role in managing financial operations and driving strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee general ledger activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Support audits and tax preparation.
- Mentor junior accounting staff and promote best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
