Accountant

Payrate: $35.31 - $35.31/hr.
 
Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Purchasing Coordinator to manage our day-to-day procurement activities. You will be the primary point of contact for ordering goods and services, ensuring that the right materials arrive at the right time and at the right cost. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who excels at tracking details, managing vendor communications, and keeping operations running smoothly.
 
Responsibilities:

• Order Processing: Review purchase requisitions, create purchase orders (POs), and transmit them to vendors accurately and in a timely manner.
• Order Tracking: Monitor open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery; proactively communicate any potential delays to internal teams.
• Inventory Support: Regularly review stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure we have sufficient materials to meet production or operational requirements.
• Vendor Communication: Maintain routine contact with suppliers regarding order status, shipment tracking, and basic price inquiries.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve common issues such as shipping errors, damaged goods, or invoice discrepancies.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all purchases, vendor records, and packing slips in our ERP system.

 
Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
• Experience: 5 years of experience in an office, warehouse, or supply chain support role.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and experience using an ERP or inventory management system.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Professional and clear verbal and written communication skills for daily interaction with vendors.

 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $35.31 - $35.31/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
