Responsibilities:Provide accounting support to our federal clientExecuting, researching, analyzing, and processing information related to accounting transactions/events to ensure completeness and accuracy ofPreparing, reviewing, and reconciling financial statements and other reports to meet reporting requirements Ensure documentation supports claimed expensesApplying federal accounting standards and fiscal lawImplementing financial policies, regulations, principles, internal controls and procedures to financial management activitiesRequirements:US CitizenshipSeven (7) years in an office environment performing Federal Government Accounting workKnowledge of Federal laws, rules and regulations impacting Federal Government Financial Mgt.Knowledge of Federal Accounting Standards Advisory Board (FASAB) issuances; GAO Policy and Procedures Manual for Guidance of Federal Agencies; Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circulars A-11, A-123, and A-136; and familiarity with the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR)Microsoft Office (including but not limited to Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)Effective writing and communication skills to prepare reports and summaries.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance that included 24 semester hours of accounting course workPosition located in Cincinnati, OH#J-18808-Ljbffr
