Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to perform a variety of accounting functions including journal entries, account reconciliations, inventory management, and inter-company balancing. This position collaborates closely with the Division Manager, Controller, Yard Managers, Corporate Accounting, and Divisional Accounting personnel.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial statement review and analysis
• Record journal entries
• Complete account reconciliations
• Create and update monthly forecasts
• Reconcile inter-company transactions
• Monitor and participate in perpetual inventory activities
• Assist with internal and external audit requests
• Assit with other daily and month-end accounting funcations, as needed

Qualifications

Required

• 4-Year Accounting degree
• At least 3 years of accounting experience
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Accounting software knowledge - experience with RIMAS a plus
• Strong oral and written comminication skills

Preferred

• Active CPA
