Location: Minnetonka, MN 55343 / Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week
Schedule: Full-Time / Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary Range: $50,000–$70,000


About the Opportunity
A growing construction and real estate organization is seeking an Accountant to support daily accounting operations. This role focuses on accounts payable, credit card reconciliations, expense management, and general accounting while helping improve accounting processes in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Reconcile corporate credit card accounts and employee expenses
• 
  
• Process vendor invoices and support accounts payable (around 500 invoices per month)
• 
  
• Code expenses to the appropriate jobs and cost centers
• 
  
• Assist with account reconciliations, bookkeeping, and month-end tasks
• 
  
• Maintain accurate financial records and organized documentation
• 
  
• Help improve accounting procedures and internal processes
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• 3-4+ years of Accounting/Bookkeeping and AP/AR Experience
• 
  
• Experience with credit card reconciliations and expense management
• 
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Online
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• 
  
• Construction, real estate, or job costing experience is a plus
• 
  
• Self-starter worker, comfortable with ambiguity
• 
  
• Comfortable assisting with creating processes and procedures
•
