Accountant

Renewable Energy & Drives US, LLC (RED-US) is a parts and service company specializing in power electronic systems. We are seeking an experienced Accountant to support our accounting department.The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and QuickBooks Online (QBO). Experience in a manufacturing or construction environment is required.RED-US offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and a generous PTO plan.Key ResponsibilitiesEnter payroll data into detailed worksheets and QBOProcess accounts payable, including coding and matching purchase orders and receiving documentsFollow up on invoices pending approvalTrack open purchase ordersGenerate and issue accounts receivable invoicesManage collections and follow up on outstanding invoicesScan checks into banking softwareTrack fixed asset purchases and disposalsPerform account reconciliationsAssist with sales and use tax reporting (experience preferred)Support additional accounting tasks and special projects#J-18808-Ljbffr
