Key Responsibilities of the Accountant

• Manage the accounting activities for approximately 35 homeowner associations, ensuring accurate financial reporting as the Accountant
• 
  
• Perform month-end close processes, prepare financial statements, and reconcile balance sheet accounts as the Accountant
• 
  
• Support budgeting, auditing, and financial analysis activities across the portfolio as the Accountant
• 
  
• Communicate directly with association boards, clients, and leadership regarding financial matters as the Accountant
• 
  
• Maintain confidentiality, ensure financial accuracy, and identify opportunities to improve accounting processes as the Accountant

Qualifications for the Accountant

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Property management, HOA, real estate, or community association accounting experience preferred
