Key Responsibilities for the Accountant:

• Own the month-end close and financial reporting process using QuickBooks Desktop.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory accounting, and cash flow activities.
• Process payroll and maintain employee records for approximately 18 employees.
• Support daily accounting and financial operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Partner directly with company ownership on financial reporting and business operations.

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager / Accountant:

• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online.
• Ability to commute to Plainfield, IN (approximately 30 minutes or less preferred).
• Manufacturing accounting experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
