We're partnering with a growing and innovative organization seeking a hands-on Accountant to oversee key accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and General Ledger activities.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, reconciliations, vendor communications, and expense reports

Oversee Accounts Receivable activities, including invoicing, payment tracking, collections, and aging analysis

Process semi-monthly payroll using ADP while ensuring accuracy of deductions, benefits, taxes, and employee records

Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and assist with month-end and year-end close

Maintain accurate financial records and support reporting for leadership

Assist with audits, compliance requirements, and documentation management

Partner cross-functionally to improve processes and support business operations

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of accounting experience with exposure to AP, AR, Payroll, and General Ledger accounting

Strong payroll experience utilizing ADP (required)

Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas

Experience preparing journal entries and supporting month-end close

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating with various teams

Bonus Points For

Experience in healthcare, medical device, manufacturing, or other regulated industries

Exposure to NetSuite, SAP, or similar ERP systems

Knowledge of compliance reporting and audit support
