Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable, including invoice matching, coding, and processing
• 
  
• Support high-volume Accounts Receivable activities and maintain accurate customer records
• 
  
• Prepare weekly accounting reports and assist with financial reporting
• 
  
• Perform bank and general ledger account reconciliations
• 
  
• Review and analyze accounting and financial reports to identify discrepancies and trends
• 
  
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve accounting questions and maintain accurate financial information
• 
  
• Support daily accounting operations and contribute to the efficiency of the accounting team
• 
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  
• 1+ years of experience in an accounting or finance-related position
• 
  
• Familiarity with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general accounting principles
•
