Pay Range: $41 - $43/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- Must have skills: - Accounting, Rippling and Oracle
- Execute the weekly Rippling project scrub - remove closed Oracle projects from Rippling
- Process department change requests through the Jira queue
- Monitor and triage the timekeeping Slack help channels - resolve routine questions, escalate complex issues to the Sr. Analyst
- Send pay period timecard submission reminders and follow up with non-submitters
- Perform first-pass review of incoming correction requests - verify completeness and supporting detail before Sr. Analyst review
- Compile supporting documentation for DCAA and PwC audit sample requests
- Support month-end close activities as needed
- Fulfill ad-hoc labor reporting requests from Finance - pull standard data cuts by project, employee, or period and format for requestor review
