Responsibilities of the Accounting and Operations Manager:
- The Accounting and Operations Manager will oversee accounting activities in partnership with an outsourced accounting firm
- Manage invoicing, purchase orders, and day-to-day financial processes
- Provide direction and oversight to two employees
- The Accounting and Operations Manager will ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications of the Accounting and Operations Manager:
- Understanding of financial controls, compliance, and accounting best practices
- Nonprofit accounting experience
- The Accounting and Operations Manager must have managerial experience
Salary range is $75,000-83,000
