Responsibilities for the Accounting Assistant Include:
- Process incoming invoices, purchase orders, and bills of lading
- Data entry to support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other functions
- Assist with office tasks including physical/digital filing and processing emails/received mail
- Retrieve information from members of the team for reporting as requested
Background Expected of the Accounting Assistant:
- 2+ year(s) in an office environment with exposure to accounting functions
- Education will be considered in lieu of experience
