About the Role:
RGI Creative is seeking an enthusiastic Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic team in North Ridgeville, OH. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support our financial operations while working in a collaborative and innovative environment.



Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports and spreadsheets.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support to the accounting team.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
