Position’s Contributions to Work Group:

• Be a part of a team that directly drives enterprise value through the ongoing administration of a multi-billion-dollar intercompany factoring program.  Serve global teams across North America, Europe, South Africa, and Asia/Pacific countries by providing useful data and reports related to factored receivables. Expand your spreadsheet proficiency, reconciliation skills, understanding of factoring business and more with ownership of weekly factoring.

• Process weekly factored receivables; responsible for ~60 settlements per mo
• Process collections received on fact rec
• Submit wire requests via Salesforce for factoring settlements
• Manage responsibilities according to established factoring calendar
• Reconcile settlement balances to Seller’s receivables system
• Collaborate with Seller and Buyer contacts to identify reasons for recon differences, obtain information on invoices/collections, etc.
• Distribute accurate and timely settlement reports via SharePoint upload or email.
• Assist Buyer and Sellers with settlement or wire discrepancies
• Assist with misc tasks such as data entry into Lendscape (due date extensions)

• Years of experience: 10+ years
• Degree requirement: HS Diploma or GED required, Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $25.00 - $27.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
