Responsibilities of the Accounting Assistant:
- Entering accounts payable invoices and applying payments to open invoices
- Receiving cash into their ERP
- Reconciling information between multiple software packages
- Bank account reconciliations
Background Expected of the Accounting Assistant:
- 2+ years in an accounting role with AP and AR functionality
- Familiarity with a major ERP in addition to any QuickBooks experience
