Accounting Billing Specialist

Location: Seattle WA, Onsite

Part Time- 30 hours/week

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually DOE

Key Responsibilities for the AR/AP Billing Coordinator:

• 
  
• Manage client invoicing, billing follow-up, and accounts receivable collections
  • Perform monthly AR reconciliations and prepare customer statements
  • Enter vendor invoices and expenses into QuickBooks Online for processing
  • Assist with company credit card reconciliations and expense tracking
  • Prepare operational and financial reports for leadership review
  • Support weekly deposits and maintain accounting documentation

Qualifications for the AR/AP Billing Coordinator:

• 
  
• 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or accounts payable
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in aviation, charter services, or another client-focused industry is a plus
