Key Responsibilities – Accounting Clerk

• 
  
• Process vendor invoices and assist with payment preparation.
• 
  
• The Accounting Clerk will apply customer payments and support accounts receivable activities.
• 
  
• Reconcile invoices, statements, and account discrepancies.
• 
  
• Enter and maintain accurate financial records within accounting systems.
• 
  
• The Accounting Clerk will assist with account reconciliations and month-end close support.
• 
  
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing questions.
• 
  
• Provide additional accounting support and assist with special projects as needed.

Qualifications – Accounting Clerk

• 
  
• 1+ years of experience in an Accounting Clerk, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or similar accounting role preferred.
• 
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• 
  
• Familiarity with accounting software systems.
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• 
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
