RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING CLERK

• 
  
• The Accounting Clerk will enter approximately 20 to 30 accounts payable invoices daily
• 
  
• The Accounting Clerk will manage accounts receivable check billing and respond promptly to customer requests
• 
  
• Post check, credit card, and ACH payments and apply remittance details
• 
  
• Complete light reconciliations and provide occasional general ledger support
• 
  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ACCOUNTING CLERK

• 
  
• Accounts payable or accounts receivable experience is strongly preferred
• 
  
• Working knowledge of Excel with the ability to learn formulas
• 
  
• Hands-on, adaptable approach and willingness to learn company-specific processes
