Accounting Clerk


Location: Onsite – Delaware, OH
Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000 annually


About the Role:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join their team. This position reports directly to the CFO and plays a key role in supporting general accounting and bookkeeping functions. If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment and have strong organizational skills, this is an excellent opportunity.


Responsibilities:



  • Prepare and submit customer invoices

  • Receive, code, and post payments

  • Perform account, bank, and other reconciliations

  • Monitor customer accounts for non-payment or delays

  • Verify and process vendor invoices

  • Sort, code, and enter AP data

  • Analyze discrepancies and resolve unpaid invoices

  • Maintain accounting journals, ledgers, and financial records

  • Assist with employee expense reports


Skills & Qualifications:



  • Experience with MS Office and QuickBooks

  • Knowledge of GAAP and standard accounting procedures

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
