Insight Global is seeking an Accounting Clerk for a top client. This candidate will support day-to-day purchase order processing, reconciliation, basic bookkeeping, document management, and SharePoint entry. The ideal candidate is comfortable with Microsoft Office, possesses foundational accounting knowledge, and is a quick learner with strong problem-solving skills. The team provides hands-on, in-house training and established guidelines to help the candidate become comfortable with internal processes. As the candidate develops, there may also be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities related to the processing and funding of construction and capital expenditure projects.
Process, open, and reconcile purchase orders
Perform basic bookkeeping and accounting-related tasks
Scan and organize financial or administrative documentation
Enter and maintain documents within SharePoint
Follow internal procedures and established guidelines
Work alongside an internal counterpart during training to learn processes and workflows
Depending on aptitude and performance, assist with processing and funding construction/CapEx projects
Independently troubleshoot routine issues while escalating questions when appropriate

Microsoft Office experience and ability to navigate basic Microsoft applications
