Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Clerk

Match invoices, bills, freight invoices, and proof-of-delivery documentation for accurate processing.
Enter order information and generate customer invoices within the system.
Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies with training provided.
Review high volumes of documentation while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Support billing activities and fulfillment-related administrative processes.

Qualifications for the Accounting Clerk

Experience with invoice processing, billing, or administrative accounting support preferred.
Willingness to learn SAP, Concur, and Dynamics 365 systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to review documentation accurately.
