Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Monitor and track daily cash activity across multiple locations.
• 
  
• Perform cash reconciliations and research discrepancies and variances.
• 
  
• Review cash reports to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• 
  
• Investigate cash shortages, overages, and transaction irregularities.
• 
  
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• 
  
• Utilize Excel to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and support reconciliations.
• 
  
• Assist with audits, reporting requests, and special projects.
• 
  
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve cash-related issues and discrepancies.
• 
  
• Escalate complex issues to management as appropriate.
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Prior accounting, bookkeeping, cash reconciliation, or related experience preferred.
• 
  
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets.
• 
  
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• 
  
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
