Do you enjoy untangling accounting issues that everyone else avoids?

We're partnering with a growing property management organization that needs an experienced accounting professional to jump in, identify financial discrepancies, and help bring consistency across a portfolio of 38 properties.

This isn't a month-end close role. It's a project where your experience and problem-solving skills will be valued from day one.

What You'll Do

• 
  
• Reconcile tenant and general ledgers across multiple properties
• 
  
• Investigate billing, payment, and coding discrepancies
• 
  
• Review lease agreements and HAP contracts for financial accuracy
• 
  
• Partner directly with the CFO, Controller, and property managers to resolve issues
• 
  
• Recommend process improvements to prevent future errors
• 
  

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

• 
  
• Property management accounting experience
• 
  
• Strong ledger reconciliation and investigative accounting skills
• 
  
• Experience with leases, rent rolls, or subsidized housing (a plus)
• 
  
• The ability to work independently with minimal direction
• 
  
• Excel proficiency and experience with RealPage OneSite, Yardi, MRI, or similar software
•
