In this leadership role, the Accounting Director will oversee accounting operations while ensuring financial integrity and operational excellence. Responsibilities include:
• Accounting Operations: The Accounting Director will direct general ledger accounting, payroll accounting, fixed assets, and statutory reporting activities.

• Internal Controls & Compliance: The Accounting Director will administer internal control frameworks and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.

• Audit Management: The Accounting Director will oversee internal and external audit processes and coordinate all supporting documentation requirements.

To be successful as an Accounting Director, you should bring:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks such as COSO.
• Experience managing accounting operations, audits, payroll accounting, compliance, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems such as Oracle Financials.
• Experience with financial analytics, tax compliance, and process improvements.
• Familiarity with automation technologies, digital transformation initiatives, and AI-driven finance tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and analytical skills.
