Salary: $110,000-$135,000 base + discretionary bonus up to 10%

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Director:

Own the month-end close and financial reporting process
Oversee general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and accounting operations
Lead process improvement, automation, and internal control initiatives
Research and address technical accounting matters and compliance requirements
Manage audits and support financial reporting accuracy and integrity
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals

Qualifications for the Accounting Director:

Progressive accounting leadership experience with strong general ledger expertise
Prior experience managing and developing accounting teams
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA preferred; nonprofit accounting and NetSuite experience are highly desirable
