Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting / Finance Intern to support our Finance team across key accounting and financial processes.
This internship provides hands-on exposure to accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, and general accounting operations within a manufacturing environment. The intern will assist with day-to-day financial activities while gaining practical experience working with real business data and processes.
This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects while developing a strong understanding of accounting and finance functions in a professional setting.
Internship Details
- Duration: Summer 2026
- Schedule: Approximately 20–25 hours per week
- Location: On-site in Youngstown, OH
- Job Type: Seasonal (Temporary), Part-time
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable processes, including invoice review and data entry
- Support accounts receivable activities, including payment tracking and reconciliation
- Assist with organizing and maintaining financial records and documentation
- Support general ledger and financial data review processes
- Help prepare financial reports and summaries for internal use
- Review financial information for accuracy and consistency
- Assist with data organization and cleanup within financial systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to gather and validate financial information
- Support process improvement initiatives related to accounting and reporting workflows
