Accounting & Finance Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an Accounting & Finance Manager to manage daily financial operations and collaborate closely with leadership on budgeting and forecasting. This role requires 3+ years of professional accounting experience, excellent Excel skills, and a demonstrated interest in AI tools. This direct hire opportunity is in San Francisco, CA and offers a hybrid work environment. The anticipated salary is between $170,000 - $210,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, and collections
• Lead month-end close procedures
• Prepare financial statements and reports for leadership
• Assist with budgeting and prepare financial models to support data-driven decision making
• Ensure accurate tax registrations and filings
• Respond to investor and audit inquiries
• Design and implement improvements to accounting prosses, including building AI assisted automations

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience
• Excellent Excel skills
• Experience with accounting software, QuickBooks Online experience a plus
• Hardware & equipment accounting experience
• Demonstrated interested in AI tools
• CPA preferred
