Accounting & Financial Reporting Manager
Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 Base + 20% Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting & Financial Reporting Manager:
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and financial statement preparation & analysis
- Assist with SEC reporting, including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and related public company filings
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning initiatives
- Perform financial analysis, KPI reporting, and business performance assessments
- Partner with finance, accounting, and operational leaders on modeling, reporting, and special projects
Qualifications for the Accounting & Financial Reporting Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related
- 3-5+ years of accounting, financial reporting, or finance experience
- Public accounting background strongly preferred, particularly with publicly traded clients
- CPA, CPA-track, or strong technical accounting and SEC reporting foundation preferred
