Are you an accounting student looking for more than just an internship? We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and team-oriented accounting Intern who is ready to learn and contribute.

 This position would start out as an internship and potentially move easily into a part-time, year-round position to see you through college. We offer valuable hands-on experience that will help you build a strong foundation for a successful career in accounting. We're committed to your academic success and will accommodate your class schedule throughout your college years.

What you will do...

• Assisting with bookkeeping and general accounting
• Performing bank and credit card reconciliations
• Assisting with payroll processing
• Entering and maintaining financial data
• Assisting with financial statement preparation
• Supporting accountants with client projects
• Organizing and preparing client information
• Assisting with tax-related projects as appropriate
• Using accounting software and other technology
• Helping with administrative and client service needs
• Participating in training and professional development
• Taking on additional responsibilities as your skills develop

We understand the demands of a college schedule and will work with the selected candidate to establish a schedule that supports both academic responsibilities and the needs of the firm.

Requirements...

• Sophomore, junior or senior currently enrolled in accounting classes
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Communicates professionally and effectively
• Dependable and take pride in their work
• Comfortable asking questions and learning new things
• Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• 20-30 hours a week depending on class schedule
