Job Description

·                     Oversee the complete financial operations of a $100 million aerospace manufacturing facility

·                     Directly supervise one Staff Accountant responsible for AP/AR functions

·                     Lead the department in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities

·                     Manage internal controls, compliance, and auditing processes to ensure regulatory adherence

·                     Oversee payroll processes and ensure accurate journal entries

·                     Spearhead month-end close procedures and deliver comprehensive financial data to the Controller

Key Requirements 

·                     Minimum of 5+ years of progressive accounting experience

·                     Bachelor's Degree required; candidates from public accounting backgrounds are welcome
