The Accounting Manager's purpose is to provide the highest quality service and information to both internal and external customers by maximizing the team's potential to fulfill its responsibilities efficiently and effectively. The Accounting Manager must exemplify the core values of Others First, Wisdom, and Growth. This position will research and answer questions, complete complex projects, and identify opportunities to innovate. This position ensures the daily operations of the accounting team are successfully completed by thoroughly reviewing reports and returns for accuracy, performing quality checks on data and processes, and mentoring and training other team members.The Accounting Manager will support the Jackson Healthcare Resource Team leaders as well as be the accounting lead on Accounting Information Systems initiatives and complex ad hoc projects.
