Accounting Manager / Assistant Controller

Our client, located in Uptown Dallas, is looking for an Accounting Manager/ Assistant Controller to join their team on a 3 month contract with the potential for Contract-to-Hire.

Keys: 

• CPA required
• Public accounting experience required
• SEC reporting / external reporting experience, ideally someone who can help bring SEC reporting in-house
• Strong month-end close experience, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Debt and equity accounting/reconciliation experience
• NetSuite experience highly preferred
• SaaS / technology revenue recognition experience would be a plus
