Accounting Manager
Salary: $100-115k

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements for assigned properties as an Accounting Manager
- Record journal entries and oversee accurate general ledger activity
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure the integrity of financial data
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and investigate variances
- Utilize RealPage for accounting, reporting, and property financial management
- Support audit requests, financial inquiries, and special projects
- Collaborate with property operations teams to improve financial performance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of property accounting or real estate accounting experience required
- Must have hands-on experience with RealPage
- Previous experience as an Accounting Manager or in a senior-level property accounting role preferred
- Strong understanding of month-end close, financial reporting, and account reconciliations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing or mentoring a team is a strong plus
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
