Accounting Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading landscaping company to fill their open Accounting Manager job in Aurora, CO. To qualify, you must have least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role.
This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $85,000 and $110,000 annually. You will also be eligible for this company's benefits package (details below).
Responsibilities:
-Overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and job costing
-Maintaining compliance with established internal controls and all policies and procedures
-Managing month end close processes
-Maintaining the general ledger and chart of accounts
-Preparing, reviewing, and posting journal entries
-Running and distributing various financial reports
-Supporting sales and use tax reporting
-Supervising the accounting team
-All other related tasks as required
Qualifications:
-At least 3 years of recent, relevant experience
-Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or a related field
-Experience supporting job costing
-Experience in the construction or landscaping industries preferred
-Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
-Proficiency with QuickBooks Online
-Fluency in Spanish preferred
Compensation:
-Annual salary between $85,000 and $110,000
