Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage the monthly and quarterly close process as the Accounting Manager, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
- Oversee revenue recognition and projectlevel accounting, aligning revenue and expenses
- Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial results to maintain strong accounting controls
- Partner with auditors and support audit schedules and technical accounting needs
- Mentor and review the work of accounting staff while helping improve systems and processes
Accounting Manager Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP with experience supporting audits and technical accounting
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across teams as an effective Accounting Manager
