Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and deliver timely financial reporting. Experience in a small-company environment is essential.

Responsibilities of Accounting Manager

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable (AP/AR).
• 
  
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• 
  
• Prepare financial statements and maintain the general ledger.
• 
  
• The Accounting Manager will produce weekly financial reports.
• 
  
• Support month-end close and maintain accurate accounting records.
• 
  

Requirements of Accounting Manager

• 
  
• Must have small-company accounting experience. We prefer a hands-on bookkeeper or accountant from a small business over a senior accountant from a large corporation.
• 
  
• Experience managing day-to-day accounting functions independently.
• 
  
• The Accounting Manager must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications of Accounting Manager

• 
  
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 
  
• Knowledge of GAAP.
