Solid Biosciences is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative Accounting Manager to join its finance organization as the Company continues to scale as a public company and advance toward commercialization. This role will be a key contributor to the monthly and quarterly close process, balance sheet integrity, internal controls, financial reporting, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in U.S. GAAP, public company accounting, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, along with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced biotech environment. This position offers the opportunity to help strengthen accounting operations, enhance financial processes, and support a scalable control environment during an exciting stage of the Company's growth and transition toward commercial operations.
This role will report to the Director, Accounting and will operate in a hybrid work environment, with the expectation of working in Solid's Corporate Headquarters in Charlestown, MA 2-3 days per week.

Compensation
The base compensation range for this role is: $115,000.00 - $145,000.00
Base salary offered is determined through an internal analysis utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
Regular employees are eligible to receive both short-term and long-term incentives, including cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities, designed to reward individual performance and align incentives to Solid's long term company performance.
