We're looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations and help drive financial performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader whoenjoys problem-solving, process improvement, and partnering with teams across the business.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily accounting operations including AP, AR, General Ledger, Cost Accounting, and Financial Reporting
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports
• Partner with leadership to improve financial performance and control costs
• Support inventory accounting, audits, capital projects, and customer pricing analysis
• Develop and improve accounting processes, SOPs, and workflows
• Lead and mentor a small accounting team

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years of accounting experience with 5+ years in leadership
• Manufacturing accounting experience required
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cost accounting, SAP, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
