Title: Accounting Manager
Salary: $110,000–$150,000
Location: Cranston, RI (Hybrid)

Accounting Manager Responsibilities:
• Oversee all accounting and financial operations, including the general ledger and financial reporting
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes and ensure reporting deadlines are met
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and funder financial reporting
• Lead audit preparation, Form 990 support, and regulatory compliance activities
• Supervise, mentor, and develop finance staff
What We're Looking For in an Accounting Manager:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• Nonprofit accounting experience required
• Experience managing month-end and year-end close processes
• Prior leadership experience managing finance/accounting teams
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, audits, financial reporting, and compliance requirements
