We are partnering with a growing organization seeking a talented bilingual Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys owning accounting operations, driving process improvements, and partnering with cross-functional teams.The ideal candidate will bring strong corporate accounting experience, a deep understanding of US GAAP, and the ability to manage financial reporting, month-end close, and accounting operations in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage general ledger activities, reconciliations, and financial reportingLead month-end and year-end close processesPrepare financial statements and management reporting under US GAAPAnalyze financial results and provide variance analysisOversee AP/AR processes and support accounting team operationsManage inventory transactions and financial accuracySupport intercompany accounting activitiesAssist with tax compliance, audits, and internal controlsIdentify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencyQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field5+ years of accounting experience within a US-based companyCorporate accounting experience requiredStrong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reportingSAP experience preferredAdvanced Excel skillsStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsLife & Disability InsuranceIf you are a bilingual accounting professional looking for your next opportunity, I would love to connect.#J-18808-Ljbffr
