Your expertise will directly shape our financial accuracy, cash flow stability, and long-term division profitability. This is your chance to champion scalable accounting processes within a respected, family-owned business that values craftsmanship and professional excellence.How You Will Make An ImpactLead the month-end close process and prepare comprehensive financial statements to ensure absolute reporting accuracy.Manage job costing, WIP schedules, and revenue recognition to keep construction projects financially aligned.Maintain a rolling cash flow forecast and oversee accounts receivable, collections, and accounts payable operations.Produce detailed division-level P&Ls and profitability reports to give executive leadership complete financial visibility.Partner with Project Managers and Service Managers to strengthen internal controls and improve margin performance.Train operational leaders on financial accountability, cost-to-complete forecasting, and budget management.Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.5+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience.Deep expertise in WIP accounting, job costing, and division-level financial reporting.Advanced proficiency with accounting software and complex Excel financial modeling.Preferred Qualifications & ExperienceProven accounting experience within the construction, HVAC, or mechanical contracting industries.Demonstrated success in optimizing cash flow and streamlining collections workflows.Experience training non-financial managers on job profitability and variance analysis.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive annual salary tailored to your professional experience.Opportunities to drive process improvements and scale with a growing company.Professional, collaborative environment with a deeply rooted family culture.About UsFor nearly four decades, Quality 1 Energy Systems Inc. has been a trusted, family-owned leader in the DFW area, offering top-tier commercial and residential HVAC services.
