Accounting Manager

Join a multi strategy investment firm as a Corporate Accounting ManagerAs an Accounting Manager, you'll play a pivotal role on the Finance team, working directly with the Director of Accounting, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. You'll touch multiple areas including: strategic accounting initiatives, build outs, month end close, and financial reporting.You'll get to work across the firm's portfolio: they own and build portfolio companies across sports, data centers/AI, tech, energy/oil & gas, healthcare, engineering, manufacturing, etc.What you'll do:Improve accounting processes by analyzing, recommending, and implementing changes.Work closely with month end team and accounting process optimization team.Automation with AI and ERP implementation experience a plus.Who you are:4-10 years of relevant accounting/financial reporting experienceCan come directly from public accounting.A mix of public and in-house accounting is a plus.CPA preferred but not required.Good sense of humor.Can bring ideas.Base Salary from $130K - $150K + Cash Bonus + Benefits and flexible for the perfect candidateEven if you think you're overqualified or under qualified, still apply!
